Yoga Retreat Syllabus

 Astro Yoga Retreat, Rishikesh arranges yoga classes for students in Rishikesh in a peaceful and green environment on the side Ganga. Learning yoga in Rishikesh is a fortunate thing that all spiritual practitioners want to do again and again. We teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga classes. Ashtanga yoga is globally accepted yoga style which is quite popular in the modern time. This style has all the aspects of yoga like Aasana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandh and Drishti. In this style yoga postures are taught in a dynamic manner. The transition from one posture to another takes place in a dance like flow. This way the whole yoga sequence becomes enjoyable and soothing the heart & mind. Ashtanga style of yoga consists of a special breathing technique which is known as Vinyasa; hence the name Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is there. Our Astro Yoga retreats provide total 200 hours of training (100 Hours yoga training + 100 Hour astrology) to our participants. The syllabus of Yoga classes is as following:
